摘 要:将红茶以0%、0.075%、0.15%、0.30%、0.60%、1.20%的剂量添加于草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)饲料中,研究其对草鱼几种代谢酶活性的影响。结果显示,红茶能显著降低γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性以及脂蛋白脂酶、肝脂酶、总脂酶活性(P<0.05),同时导致脂肪酸合成酶活性呈现下降趋势,但与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);红茶添加组中,乳酸脱氢酶与碱性磷酸酶活性呈抛物线趋势变化,在0.30%组显著最高(P<0.05)。结果表明,红茶能显著影响代谢酶活性。In order to investigate the effects of Chinese black tea on several activities of metabolic enzymes in grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus),6 kinds of diets(Chinese black tea was added into diets at 0%、0.075%、0.15%、0.30%、0.60% and 1.20% supplementation levels)were tested.The results showed that for Chinese black tea groups,the activities ofγ-Glutamyl transpeptidase,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,lipoprotein lipase,hepatic lipase and total lipase decreased significantly compared with CP(group 0%)(P<0.05),and the activity of fatty acid synthase decreased insignificantly(P>0.05).The changes of activities of lactate dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase were parabola and the highest in the group of 0.30%.The results indicated that Chinese black tea could significantly affect the metabolic enzymes activities.
