摘  要:测定了原玻璃节杆菌(Arthrobacter protophormiae)Y1对磺胺吡啶(SPY)的抗药性,比较了无SPY压力不同接种量以及不同浓度SPY压力下该菌在LB培养基中的生长特性,建立了该菌不同条件下的一级生长模型,并比较其最大比生长速率(μmax)、延滞期(λ)及最大生长量(a)。结果表明,SPY对原玻璃节杆菌Y1的最小抑菌浓度为13mg/mL。SGompertz模型能较好地拟合了菌株Y1的生长曲线,拟合度较高,模型的误差较小。无SPY压力不同接种量下菌株Y1最大比生长速率(μmax=0.24830~0.29797)和最大生长量(a=2.03441~2.21512)无显著差异,但是延滞期(λ=6.12695~3.11051)随接种量增大而减小。当存在SPY压力时,最大比生长速率(μmax=0.24225~0.12034)以及延滞期(λ=4.71308~5.91191)均随着SPY浓度的提高而显著降低;当SPY浓度为3mg/mL时,菌株Y1的最大比生长速率(μmax=0.24225)和最大生物量(a=2.12467)与无SPY时相当,但其延滞期稍有降低(λ=4.71308)。The resistance of Arthrobacter protophormiae Y1 against sulfapyridine(SPY)was determined.The growth characteristics of this strain in LB medium with and without antibiotics were compared under different inoculation doses.The first growth model was established and the maximum specific growth rate(μmax),the lag phage(λ)and the maximum biomass(a)were compared.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of SPY against A.protophormiae Y1 was 13 mg/mL.SGompertz model could better fit the growth of strain Y1 with high fitting degree and small modeling error.No significant difference in the maximum specific growth rate(μmax=0.24830~0.29797)and the maximum biomass(a=2.03441~2.21512)was observed for strain Y1 in the absence of SPY,but the lag phase(λ=6.12695~3.11051)decreased with the increasing of inoculum size.In the presence of SPY,the maximum specific growth rate(μmax=0.24225~0.12034)and lag phase(λ=4.71308~5.91191)were significantly reduced with the increasing of SPY concentrations.The maximum specific growth rate(μmax=0.24225)and the maximum biomass(a=2.12467)of strain Y1 at 3 mg/mL SPY were similar to those without SPY,but with a slight decrease in lag phase(λ=4.71308).The study provided basic information for the engineering application and risk management of A.protophormiae Y1.
