透析联合尿毒清颗粒在肾切除术后的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究尿毒清颗粒联合透析对肾切除患者的治疗效果。方法将86例我院2014年9月至2016年9月收治行肾切除的患者作为研究对象,将患者按随机排列表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用透析治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予尿毒清颗粒治疗。观察两组患者治疗后肾功能情况、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者BUN、UA及Scr水平均低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者ADL、QOL评分均明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率分别为13.95%、16.28%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论透析联合尿毒清颗粒对肾切除术后患者肾功能的恢复具有促进作用,生活质量明显改善,不良反应发生率低,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of dialysis combined with Niaoduqing granule on postperative nephrectomy. Methods Eighty-six patients undergoing nephrectomy from September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as the objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random permutation tables, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dialysis, the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing granule on the basis of control group. The renal function, quality of life, and adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the BUN, UA and Scr levels were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; the ADL and QOL scores were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group were13.95%, 16.28% respectively, the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dialysis combined with Niaoduqing granule can promote the recovery of renal function, improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in postoperative nephrectomy patients. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
