摘 要:从永磁同步电动机声压级频谱分析着手,分析主要峰值频率的来源。首先,通过实验获取了在4k Hz开关频率下、满载工况时永磁同步电动机的声压级频谱图,找出对应的主要峰值频率。其次,从三个方面分析了产生声压级峰值的原因。产生主要声压级峰值的频率包括旋转频率、极对数频率、每相齿槽频率、齿槽频率、径向电磁力频率、开关频率等力源频率。通过实验模态分析测得了定子系统的固有模态频率和振型。计算了考虑轴向模态的相对声强系数。最后,提出了降低噪声的综合解决方案,使某型号永磁同步电动机满载时额定转速下噪声值降低了5d B(A)。为低噪声永磁同步电动机的设计提供了参考。Starting with the analysis of sound pressure level (SPL) spectrum of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),the sources of the main peak frequencies are analyzed.Firstly,the SPL spectrum of PMSM was obtained by the experiment under the conditions of switching frequency 4kHz and full load.Meanwhile,the corresponding main peak frequencies were found out.Secondly,the producing reasons of SPL peaks were analyzed from three aspects.The frequencies of producing main SPL peaks include force source frequencies of rotational frequency,the polar logarithmic frequency,cogging frequency of each phase,cogging frequency,frequency of radial electromagnetic force,switching frequency and so on.By the experimental modal analysis,the natural modal frequencies and modal shapes of the stator system were obtained.The coefficient of relative sound intensity of considering axial mode was calculated.Finally,a comprehensive solution was proposed to reduce the noise.The value of noise of the PMSM was reduced by 5dB (A) at rated speed and full load.The study provides references for the design of the low noise PMSM.
