摘 要:目的研究乙醇引起大鼠低温与尾部皮温降低和支配棕色脂肪组织(BAT)交感神经放电活动变化的关系。方法无线遥测技术记录SPF级雄性SD大鼠体核温度(Tc)、BAT温度(TBAT)和尾部皮温(Tsk),观察乙醇(3g/kg)对大鼠Tc、TBAT和Tsk的影响。电生理技术记录成年雄性SD大鼠支配BAT交感神经放电活动,观察生理盐水和乙醇(3g/kg)对BAT交感神经放电活动的影响。结果 1)乙醇引起Tc下降时伴有TBAT降低反应,且出现明显的Tsk降低反应。2)乙醇也能引起支配BAT交感神经放电活动明显降低。结论乙醇引起正常大鼠降温作用与其减弱BAT交感神经放电活动而导致BAT产热降低有关。另外,实验结果不支持关于乙醇能提高大鼠尾部散热的研究结论,因为乙醇引起大鼠的低温反应时伴有尾部皮温降低反应。Objective To study the correlation of ethanol-induced hypothermic response and tail skin temperature (T sk ) in rats and the changes of sympathetic nerve discharge in brown adipose tissues (BAT). Methods The core temperature (Tc), BAT temperature (T BAT ), T sk were measured by telemetry in adult male Sprague-Dawley rats. The effect of ethanol (3g/kg) on Tc, T BAT , T sk were observed. The discharge activities of BAT innervated by sympathetic nerve were recorded by electrophysiological techniques. The effect of ethanol (3g/kg) and saline on the discharge activity of BAT sympathetic nerve was also observed. Results Firstly, the intraperitoneal injection of ethanol could elicit the decrease of Tc accompanied with the drop of T BAT , and it could also decrease T sk . Secondly, the intraperitoneal injection of ethanol could decrease the discharge activity of BAT innervated by sympathetic nerve. Conclusion The hypothermic effect induced by ethanol may result in the decrease of BAT sympathetic nerve discharge, which further leads to the suppression of BAT thermogenesis. In addition, the data does not support the conclusion of the previous report that ethanol increased the tail heat loss as the results of this study show that the ethanol-induced hypothermia in rats is accompanied with a decrease in tail skin temperature.
