乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中PHH3和Ki-67的表达及其临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探究乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中PHH3和Ki-67的表达及其临床意义。方法方便选取该院2014年11月—2017年11月收治的31例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者为研究对象,为研究组;并将同期收治的另外31名正常乳腺组织者设为对照组,对其一般资料进行回顾分析。结果研究组的PHH3阳性表达率为70.97%,Ki-67阳性表达率为61.29%,明显高于对照组的9.68%、6.45%(P<0.05);且研究组的PHH3、Ki-67表达跟淋巴结转移、TNM分期、肿瘤组织学分级相关,预后效果较差。结论 PHH3、Ki-67表达跟乳腺浸润性导管癌组织发生、发展相关,可为临床治疗及预后效果评价提供理论依据。Objective To study the expressions of PHH3 and Ki-67 and clinical significance in the breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues. Methods 31 cases of patients with breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were selected as the research group, while 31 cases of patients with normal breast tissues at the same period were selected as the control group, and the general data were analyzed. Results The PHH3 positive expression rate and Ki-67 positive expression rate in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group（70.97%, 61.29% vs 9.68%, 6.45%）（P0.05）, and the expressions of PHH3 and Ki-67 in the research group were related to the lymphatic metastasis, TNM staging and histological grade of tumor, and the prognosis effect is worse.Conclusion The expressions of PHH3 and Ki-67 are related to the occurrence and development of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues, which can provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment and evaluation of prognosis effect.
