摘 要:利用自行搭建的电喷雾离子迁移谱装置对中草药中常见的剧毒成分次乌头碱进行检测研究。实验表明离子门的开门时间对检测灵敏度影响较大,通过参数优化,自制的电喷雾离子迁移谱平台对次乌头碱的检测灵敏度可达800ng/m L,检测时间在1min之内。此外,本实验用普通滤纸代替喷雾针,以纸喷雾方式实现了对次乌头碱的检测。An electrospray ionization-ion mobility spectrometer (ESI-IMS) was built up and was used to detect hypaconitine, which was a kind of highly toxic component in some traditional Chinese medicines. The effect of the parameter such as the opening time of ion gate was studied and optimized.The results showed that the limit of detection of this instrument for hypaconitine could reach 800 ng/mL within 1min.Spray needle was substituted by ordinary flter paper and a paper spray ionization-ion mobility spectrometer (PSI-IMS) was implemented in this report. Data shown herein indicate that paper spray ambient ionization can be readily used as a rapid and robust method for in situ direct analysis of hypaconitine.
