摘　　要：哲学社会科学人才,是精神产品的主要生产者,是理论创新的主导力量,是方针、政策的重要研究者和宣传者,亦是合肥打造"大湖名城创新高地"的重要力量。为更好的适应和推进新时代中国特色社会主义的发展,合肥应加强党的领导、加大配套投入、健全相关机制、提高人员素质、营造良好环境,全面深入,有的放矢的促进合肥市哲学社会科学人才队伍的健康发展。充分发挥哲学社会科学人才队伍在理论创新、咨政育人、服务城市建设等方面的积极作用,为合肥的加速发展提供强有力的人才保障和智力支持。The talents of philosophy and social sciences are major producers of mental products, the leading force of theoretical innovation and the important researchers and propagandists of policy and guiding principles. They are also the important strength of Hefei to build “Great Lakes City and Innovation High Ground”. In order to better adapt and promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, Hefei should strengthen the leadership of the party, increase coordinated investment, perfect mechanism, improve personnel quality and create a good environment to promote the healthy development of the talents in philosophy and social sciences comprehensively and pertinently. Hefei should exert the active role of the talents of philosophy and social sciences in theoretical innovation, consultative political education and the service of city construction, to provide a strong talent protection and intellectual support for the accelerated development of the city.
