橡皮障隔离法用于乳磨牙活髓切断治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨橡皮障隔离法在乳磨牙活髓切断治疗中的应用价值。方法选取乳磨牙深龋且有可复性牙髓炎患）L65例（80颗牙），采用随机数字表将其分为两组，其中观察组33例（40颗），对照组32例（40颗），两组均接受活髓切断术治疗。其中观察纽牙髓切断术中采取橡皮障隔离法，对照组采取常规治疗。治疗后统计两组操作时间，并对治疗效果进行评价。结果观察组操作时间（18．8±2．7）min，与对照组（239±41）min比较显著缩短（P〈0．05）。观察组术后3个月、6个月成功率分别为100％、97．50％，与对照组8750％、75．00％比较均有明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论在乳磨牙活髓切断治疗中应用橡皮障隔离法能够明显缩短治疗操作时间，提高治疗成功率，是一种适合在，临床广泛应用的治疗方式，可以推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of rubber barrier isolation in the treatment of primary molars with vital pulp. Methods 80 teeth of 65 children with deep caries and complex pulpitis were selected and divided into two groups according to the random ntlmber table. Among them, 33 cases （40 teeth） were observed in the observation group, 32 cases in the control group （40 teeth）, and two groups were treated with pulpotomy. Among them, the observation group was treated with rubber barrier isolation while the control group received routine treatment. After treatment, the operation time of the two groups was counted, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The operative time in the observation group was （ 18.8 ± 2.7 ） min, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group （ 23.9 ± 4.1 ） rain （ P〈0.05 ） . In the observation group, the success rates at 3 ruonths and 6 months after operation were 100% and 97.50%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group 87.50% and 75% （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The rubber barrier isolation method can shorten the time of treatment and improve the success rate of treatment, which is suitable for extensive clinical application.
