摘 要:目的采用免疫组化法和聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白1(LMP-1),比较两种方法筛查鼻咽癌(NPC)的效果。方法采用免疫组化法和pcR法检测NPc鼻咽标本LMP—1表达,采用受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析两种方法诊断筛查NPc的效果。结果LMP-1免疫组化筛查鼻咽癌的灵敏度为0.633,特异度为0.903,准确度为0.780;LMP—1PCR筛查鼻咽癌的灵敏度为0.933,特异度为0.875,准确度为0.902;LMP-1PCR法的ROC曲线下面积为0.904,明显高于LMP-1免疫组化法0.768(P〈005)。结论鼻咽标本的LMP-1PCR法筛查NPC,其诊断效果明显好于LMP-1免疫组化法,且具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the immunohistochemical method and polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ) method for detection of EB latent membrane protein 1 ( LMP-I ) in screening nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC ) . Methods The immunohistochemical method and PCR method were used to detected LMP-1 expression of NPC tissue, and ROC method was used to analyze diagnostic effect of the two methods in screening NPC. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of LMP-1 by immunohistochemical method screening NPC were respectively 0.633, 0.903 and 0.780, and LMP-1 by PCR method were respectively 0.933, 0.875 and 0.902. Area under ROC of LMP-1 PCR method was 0.904, much higher than LMP-1 immunohistochemical method (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The diagnostic effect of LMP-I PCR method of nasopharyngeal swab screening NPC is much better than LMP-1 immunohistochemical method, and PCR method has high sensitivity and specificity.
