摘 要:目的通过小瞳视网膜检影对学龄前儿童进行屈光状态筛查,以便早发现屈光不正和弱视患儿,并及早干预。方法2017年5月应用苏州六六视觉YZ24带状光视网膜检影镜对793名学龄前儿童进行屈光状态筛查,对检影异常者进行散瞳验光确诊与屈光不正矫正。结果793名学龄前儿童通过小瞳视网膜检影发现屈光不正可疑48例,经散瞳确诊屈光不正患儿41例和弱视24例,屈光不正异常患病率为5.17%,弱视发生率为3.03%。结论小瞳视网膜检影法适合学龄前儿童的屈光不正和弱视筛查,可早发现屈光异常和弱视患儿,并早期进行干预与矫治。Objective To early detect and intervene ametropia and amblyopia children by using retinoscopy reiraction screening for rural preschool children in Huzhou City. Method 793 preschool children were screened on diopter by using Suzhou 66 visual YZ24 light strip retinoscope from 4 township kindergartens in May 2017. The abnormal retinoscopy children were diagnosed and corrected by ametropia. Result 48 cases of suspected ametropia were found from 793 preschool children by means of retinoscopy, and 41 cases ametropia and 24 cases amblyopia children were confirmed by mydriasis. The prevalence rate of ametropia was 5.17%, and the incidence of amblyopia was 3.03%. Conclusion Retinopathy of pupil is suitable for ametropia and amblyopia screening for preschool children. Children with ametropia and amblyopia can be found early, and early intervention and correction are performed.
