摘  要:糖尿病性周围神经病(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,麻木、疼痛、溃烂等症状给患者带来极大的痛苦。常用的神经电生理检查无法反映形态学信息。近年来,随着超声技术的进步与DPN神经减压术的发展,高频超声在DPN患者神经的形态学评估中体现出重要价值,其定位精确,显像精细,可配合神经电生理检查为诊断提供客观依据,并为DPN神经减压手术提供术前指导与术后评估。Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN) is one of the most common complications of diabetic mellitus. Patients with DPN are suffering from numbness, pain and ulcer. The electrophysiological examination is used to assess the patients' nerves, but it cannot reflect the morphological changes. Recently, with the development of ultrasonic technology and the nerve decompression of DPN, high resolution ultrasonography(HRUS) plays an increasingly important role in the evaluation of nerves of patients with DPN. Due to its clear displaying and precise positioning, HRUS can provide objective evidence for the diagnosis of DPN when combined with the use of the electrophysiological examination, as well as provide preoperative guidance and postoperative evaluation for surgical decompression.
