摘 要:作为未来重要的电力用户,商业园区建设将成为智能电网建设的重要内容之一。商业园区中储能系统最基本的作用是进行负荷侧的削峰填谷,在给园区带来经济收益的同时,也保证了电网运行的安全性。提出了一种储能系统削峰填谷的变参数功率差控制策略,基于园区典型日负荷预测曲线,对负荷状态和储能SOC状态进行区间划分,提出了对应的子目标函数,采用适应度函数变差系数排序法确定各子目标函数权重,对目标函数进行寻优,确定不同负荷区间与SOC区间的储能系统控制策略。最后,以上海某商业园区为例进行了仿真,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。As an important power user in the future, the construction of business parks is one of the important contents of smart grid construction. The most basic function of the energy storage system(ESS) in business park is to cut peak and fill valley, which can bring economic benefits to the park and ensure the safety of grid. The variable parameter power difference control strategy for ESS is proposed to cut peak and fill valley. Based on the typical daily load prediction of the park, it divides the load interval and state of charge(SOC) stages of ESS. The relevant sub-objective functions are proposed. Based on the fitness function variation coefficient sorting method, the weight of each sub-objective function is determined. Then the objective function is optimized and the control strategies of different load and SOC intervals are determined. Finally, based on a business park in Shanghai, the simulation is carried out and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
