摘　　要：目的探讨在新入职护士规范化培训中开展安全文化课程的效果。方法选取安徽省某三级甲等医院2015年、2016年186名新入职护士进行安全文化课程培训。培训内容包括患者安全文化、护理事件报告与处理、护理风险评估与处理、沟通与安全防护、临床求助能力、心理调适,共6个主题。培训集中理论授课,分组实践,并引入主题演讲、情景模拟、体验教学、小组反思讨论和临床实训演练等互动方式进行规范化培训。应用医院患者安全文化调查表、安全态度调查问卷、自我评价表及反思日记对新入职护士患者安全文化感知培训效果进行评价。结果培训后,新入职护士医院患者安全文化平均同意率为68.56%,仍未达到优势区域;医院患者安全文化6个维度同意率较培训前提高(P<0.001)。安全态度调查问卷各维度得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。自我评价表和反思日记分析显示,安全文化课程培训提高了新入职护士的学习兴趣和学习迁移能力。结论安全文化课程培训能有效提高新入职护士患者安全文化感知水平,促进其形成积极的安全意识,规范安全行为,构建医院安全文化氛围,保障患者安全。Objective To explore the effects of safety culture curriculum on standardized training among new nurses. Methods A total of 186 new nurses from 2015 to 2016 were selected to carry out training of safety culture curriculum in a tertiary hospital. The training contents included 6 modules：patient safety culture,nursing event report and treatment,nursing risk assessment and treatment,communication and safety protection,clinical help-seeking ability,and psychological adjustment. Centralized theoretical class was offered,followed by group practice. Keynote speech,scene simulation,experience teaching,group reflection discussion and clinical practice training were introduced to conduct standardized training. Evaluation of effects was performed using the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture （HSOPS）,Safety Attitudes Questionnaire （SAQ）,Self-Assessment Questionnaire,and introspection diary among new nurses. Results After training,the total positive composite score of HSOPS was 68.56% ,but it was not in the advantage field. Significant improvements of positive scores were observed in 6 dimensions（P〈0.001 ）. Workplace safety atmosphere,job satisfaction,and stress recognition of SAQ were significantly increased than those before training （P〈0.001）. Analysis from Self-Assessment Questionnaire and introspection diary showed that safety culture curriculum improved learning interest and transfer of learning among new nurses. Conclusion Safety culture curriculum can effectively improve the level of patient safety culture among new nurses,promote active consciousness and standardize behaviors of safety ,build safety culture atmosphere ,and ensure patient safety.
