科技型企业开放式创新模式、社会资本与创新绩效关系研究

摘　　要：互联网、大数据的发展加剧了企业间的竞争,开放式创新是科技型企业获取外部创新资源及知识的重要手段,能促进企业的创新绩效。本文构建了开放式创新模式、社会资本与企业创新绩效的关系模型,实证研究结论表明:内向型、外向型及双向型开放式创新模式正向影响企业创新绩效;三种开放式创新模式正向影响企业社会资本中的结构资本、关系资本、认知资本;企业社会资本正向影响创新绩效;企业社会资本在开放式创新与创新绩效间起部分中介作用。为取得持久的竞争优势,建议科技型企业构建双向开放式创新平台及广泛社会网络,深化开放式创新理念并注重社会资本的积累。The development of Internet and Big Data makes the competition between companies more intense. Open innovation is very important for technology-based enterprises to acquire resources and knowledge, and increase innovative performance of the company. This paper analyzes the relationship between open innovation, social capital and innovative performance. The experimental research shows that inbound open innovation, outbound open innovation and coupled open innovation have a positive influence on structural social capital, relational social capital and cognitive social capital. Inbound open innovation,outbound open innovation and coupled open innovation have a positive influence on innovative performance.Structural social capital, relational social capital and cognitive social capital have a positive influence on innovative performance. Social capital has partial intermediary effect on the relationship between open innovation and innovative performance. It is suggested that technology-based enterprises should build coupled open innovation platform and wide social network in order to gain sustainable competitive advantages.
