摘　　要：目的探讨儿童镰状细胞病（SCD）的颅脑CT表现特点。方法回顾性分析赞比亚大学教学医院经临床及实验室检查确诊的SCD儿童28例的颅脑CT表现特点。结果28例SCD患儿中，颅板增厚、板障稀疏24例，脑萎缩16例，急性脑梗死8例，慢性脑梗死8例，混合期脑梗死6例，急性颅内出血2例，颅内感染3例，脑穿通囊肿5例。结论儿童SCD的颅脑CT表现多样，结合临床，可以提高诊断水平。Objective To investigate the brain CT features in children with sickle cell disease（SCD）. Methods The brain CT features in 28 children diagnosed as SCD by clinical and laboratory examinations in the University Teaching Hospital of Zambia were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 28 cases of children with SCD,there were 24 cases of cranial plate thickening and diple sparse,16 cases of cerebral atrophy,8 cases of acute cerebral infarction,8 cases of chronic cerebral irrfarction,6 cases of mixed infarction,2 cases of acute intraeranial bleeding,3 cases of intracranial infection and 5 cases of porencephaly cyst.Conclusion The CT manifestations of brain in the children with SCD are diverse. Combined with clinical data can improve diagnostic level.
