摘　　要：概念是思维表达的根本形式,是理论构建的基本元素。中医病因概念是中医学概念体系的重要组成部分,其发生以自身现代化发展的迫切需求为动力,以原有传统中医病因概念传承为基础,以现代医学疾病诊断技术进步为诱因。目前,部分现代中医病因概念定义存在逻辑结构不清,概念定义范畴呈现缩窄或泛化特征,制约了中医病因理论的现代化发展,阻碍了中医病因概念体系框架结构的清晰合理构建,应引起理论研究者关注。Concept is the fundamental form of thinking expression and basic element of theory construction. Etiological concept of traditional Chinese medicine is an important component of concept system of traditional Chinese medicine, which is driven by the urgent need of its own modernization development, based on inheritance of original etiological concept of traditional Chinese medicine and motivated by advances in the diagnosis of modem medical diseases. Currently, there are some problems with etiological concepts of modem traditional Chinese medicine, such as unclear logic structure and narrowing or generalization of concept definition category, which restricts the modern development of etiology theory of traditional Chinese medicine and hinders the reasonable construction of frame structure of etiological concept of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, theoretical researchers should pay attention on these problems.
