摘  要:目的:研究不同虫蛀程度陈皮挥发油的化学成分,并比较不同虫蛀程度陈皮挥发性成分的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取陈皮挥发油,计算挥发油得率并进行比较。气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)结合自动质谱退卷积定性系统(AMDIS)及Kováts保留指数分析其挥发性成分,面积归一化法比较各组分间的相对含量。结果:不同虫蛀程度陈皮挥发油含量分别为4.0%、6.0%和3.6%,共分离得到28个挥发性成分,分别占总挥发性成分的97.979%、95.959%、94.385%,挥发油的主要类型为单萜烯、倍半萜烯以及低分子量的酚、醛、醇。3个样品中共有挥发性成分17个,相对含量均大于1.0%的成分从高到低依次为:D-柠檬烯>γ-萜品烯>β-月桂烯。结论:陈皮经虫蛀后挥发油得率发生明显改变,不同虫蛀程度陈皮挥发性成分种类和含量存在明显差异,为阐明虫蛀对陈皮品质的影响提供理论依据。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the different samples after insects attack and compare the differences of the volatile components of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (CRP). Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, and the yield of volatile oil was calculated and compared. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS) combined with Automated Mass Spectral Deconvolution & Identification System (AMDIS) and Kov^ts retention index were used to analyze the volatile components. The relative content of each component was compared. Results: The contents of volatile oil were 4.0%, 6.0% and 3.6%, respectively in different samples and 28 volatile components were isolated accounting for the total volatile components 97.979%, 95.959% and 94.385% respectively. The main types of volatile oil were monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and low molecular weight phenols, aldehydes and alcohols. Among the three samples, there were 17 volatile components and the components whose relative content is greater than 1.0% from high to low were D-limonene〉veterpinene〉 ermyrcene respectively. Conclusion: The yield of volatile oil was significantly changed after insects attack. The content of the volatile components from the different insects CRP samples were different, which provided the theoretical basis for clarifying the quality of CRP after attack of insects.
