摘 要:企业师徒制在给师徒和组织带来积极影响的同时,也可能会引起师徒负面指导经历的产生,进而会对师徒和组织造成不良影响,这已经引起了企业界和理论界的关注,但目前对企业师徒制中负面指导经历的研究进展还缺乏系统的梳理。在归结企业师徒制中负面指导经历的概念起源、内容、测量及其前因后果的相关成果基础上,构建了企业师徒制中负面指导经历的因果关系网模型,并提出了促进该领域研究发展的五个方面建议,为深化和完善对企业师徒制中负面指导经历的相关理论认识提供了借鉴和指明了方向。Mentoring in enterprises not only can generate benefits for mentors, protégés and organizations, but also it may cause negative mentoring experiences of mentors and protégés, and these negative experiences may lead to negative consequences of mentors, protégés and organizations. Current practical circle and academic circle have paid attention to the negative mentoring experiences and their hazards in mentoring in enterprises, but few literature reviews have tried to summarize the research achievements comprehensively in this field yet. We clarified and summarized the origins, contents, measures, antecedents and outcomes of negative mentoring experiences in mentoring in enterprises in the related literature. On this basis, we tried to build a nomological network model of negative mentoring experiences in mentoring in enterprises and proposed five suggestions for future research, which can contribute to deepening and improving theoretical understanding of the negative mentoring experiences in mentoring in enterprises.
