成纤维细胞生长因子FGF19在脾气虚证糖尿病小鼠回肠细胞中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的观察成纤维细胞生长因子19(fibroblast growth factor 19,FGF19)在脾气虚证糖尿病小鼠回肠组织中的表达状况,并分析其糖尿病发病中的作用。方法健康雄性SPF级昆明种小鼠30只随机分为对照组(NC组)和模型组(DM组),检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素敏感指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)。取NC组和DM组回肠组织,免疫组织化学法检测两组模型回肠组织的FGF19蛋白表达的强度。结果 DM组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平显著升高,HOMA-β显著下降,与NC组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FGF19在DM组回肠中表达显著低于NC组(P<0.05)。结论 FGF19与糖代谢、胰岛素分泌、胰岛素敏感性显著相关,其具体机制有待于进一步探索。Objective To investigate the expression of FGF19 in Ileum cells of rats with spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome of diabetes mellitus. Methods 30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group（NC group） and model group（DM group）.We examined FPG,FINS and calculated HOMA-IR and HOMA-β. Meanwhile,the intensity of FGF19 protein expression in Ileum tissue of two groups was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results DM group FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR levels increasedsignificantly,HOMA-β decreased significantly（P〈0. 05）,The expression of FGF19 in the Ileum of DM group was significantly lower than that in NC group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion FGF19 is associated with glucose metabolism,insulin secretion,and insulin sensitivity significantly.
