摘  要:根据手柄的几何图形,由椭圆方程、圆方程及切线斜率相同的性质列出了特殊点坐标值的非线性方程组,使用二分法完成其方程组的求解;在编程软件中编写程序完成二分法的迭代计算,生成了手柄车削加工程序生成计算器;在铸造生产过程中,需合理设置冷却时间。借助有限元分析软件,建模并充分考虑铁和型砂材料的导热系数、密度等物理属性,进行了瞬态温度场的数值模拟,得出了温度场分布云图,根据温度场云图确定了10 h的合理冷却时间。According to the geometry of a handle, a set of nonlinear equations for the coordinate of special points were listed by the properties of the elliptic equation, the circular equation and the same tangent slope, and the solution of the equations was solved by dichotomy. In the programming software, a program was written to complete the iterative calculation of dichotomy, and a calculator for generating the handle machining program was generated. In the casting process, the cooling time should be set reasonably. A model of the handle was built based on the finite element analysis software, and the transient temperature field was numerical simulated after fully considering the physical properties of the iron and molding sand such as the thermal conductivity and density. The temperature field distribution was obtained, and the reasonable cooling time of 10 h was determined.
