既有建筑改造的展览空间可视性与行为的关联性解析——以上海市两个旧工业建筑改造的展览馆为例

摘　　要：选取两个利用旧工业建筑改造而成的展览馆为研究对象,对其空间视线特征进行分析。通过行为观察与解析,探讨改造后的空间可视性与行为特征之间的关联。研究发现,视线被限制度低或视线可达程度高的空间一般对行为聚集的吸引作用较强,而具有整体较高且取值范围较广的被视程度的空间有利于促进多元活动的发生。根据研究结果,提出应有序组织展陈空间、有效调节空间边界、合理利用过渡空间等空间改造设计建议。This paper focuses on two galleries transformed from old industrial buildings, conducting analysis on visual characteristics of the space. Through behavior observation and investigation, it explores the relationship between visual characteristics of transformed space and behavior characteristics. It finds that space with low degree of restriction on vision or high visual accessibility usually attracts gathering behaviors strongly, and various types of behaviors and activities tend to take place in spaces with high value and wide range of degree of being visualized. According to the study results, it puts forward some design suggestions of transformation, such as organizing exhibition space orderly, adjusting spatial boundaries effectively, and making use of transitional space reasonably, etc.
