麦默通微创旋切手术与常规乳腺肿物切除术治疗良性乳腺肿物的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比对良性乳腺肿物患者行麦默通微创旋切手术与常规乳腺肿物切除术治疗的临床效果。方法便利选取2016年7月—2017年12月该院收治的100例良性乳腺肿物患者,以不同手术方法为依据分组:对照组50例施以常规乳腺肿物切除术治疗,治疗组50例施以麦默通微创旋切手术治疗,对比2组效果。结果术后,治疗组优良率96.00%(48/50),与对照组80.00%(40/50)相比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.061;P=0.014);对照组术后10例发生并发症,而治疗组仅2例(χ~2=6.061;P=0.014);2组术中出血量(t=-78.972;P=0.001)、手术时间(t=-39.371;P=0.015)、术中切口长度(t=-70.588;P=0.048)等对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床为缓解上良性乳腺肿物机体病情,选麦默通微创旋切手术术治疗的疗效,比常规乳腺肿物切除术疗法更显著。Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery and excision of conventional breast mass in treatment of benign breast tumor. Methods 100 cases of patients with benign breast tumors admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different operation methods, with 50 cases in each, the treatment group and the control group were respectively treated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery and excision of conventional breast mass, and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the excellent and good rate in the treatment group and in the control group was respectively 96.00%（48/50） and 80.00%（ 40/50）, and the difference was obvious（χ~2=6.061; P=0.014）, and occurrence case in the control group and in the treatment group after surgery was respectively 10 cases and 2 cases（χ~2=6.061; P=0.014）,and the differences in the intraoperative bleeding amount（t=-78.972; P=0.001）, operation time（t=-39.371; P=0.015） and intraoperative cut length（t=-70.588; P=0.048） between the two groups were obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery in treatment of benign breast tumor is more obvious than that of excision of conventional breast mass in reliving the benign breast tumor.
