摘 要:目的探讨不同肿瘤标志物在前列腺癌中的诊断价值。方法选取2013年6月至2016年12月拟诊断前列腺癌的患者共76例,对患者进行穿刺活检确诊后,分为前列腺癌组(26例)和非前列腺癌对照组(50例),采用ELISA方法检测两组患者血清中PSA、PSMA、Spondin-2含量,并评价各指标与前列腺癌发的相关性,以及对前列腺癌的诊断效果。结果前列腺癌组和非前列腺癌对照组患者血清中PSA、PSMA、Spondin-2的含量具有显著性差异(P〈0.01);PSA、PSMAS及Spondin-2分别与前列腺癌发生均呈正相关(r=0.306,r=0.499,r=0.299),且LPSMA的诊断敏感性和特异性最高,分别达到80.8%和60.0%。结论PSMA有助于提高前列腺癌诊断敏感性及特异性,具有重要的诊断价值。Objective To explore value of different tumor markers in diagnosing prostate cancer. Methods From March 2013 to December 2016, 76 cases of suspected prostate cancer in our hospital were collected. According to the results of transrectal prostate biopsy, 76 cases were divided into prostate cancer group ( 26 cases ) and non-prostate cancer group ( 50 cases ) . Content of PSA、 PSMA and Spondin-2 were detected and recorded, and the correlation and diagnostic value of different tumor markers in diagnosing prostate cancer was assessed. Results The prostate cancer group and non prostate cancer control group content in serum of patients with PSA, PSMA and Spondin-2 have significant difference (P〈0.01) ; PSA, PSMA and Spondin-2 respectively with prostate cancer were positively correlated (r=0.306, r=0.499, r=0.299, PSMA) and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the highest, reaching 80.8% and 60% respectively. Conclusion PSMA had been greatly improved the sensitivity and specificity prostate cancer detection, PSMA had a significant diagnostic value in evaluation of prostate cancer.
