摘 要:目的分析16型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV16)E6及HPV16E7蛋白在宫颈癌的表达及临床意义。方法选取海口市妇幼保健院妇产科2016年1月—2017年10月收治的宫颈癌65例为A组,同期宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)80例为B组,同期因子宫颈肌瘤行全子宫切除的正常宫颈者35例为C组。检测并分析HPV16E6及HPV16E7蛋白在正常宫颈、CIN和宫颈癌中表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系及HPV16E6和HPV16E7蛋白表达相关性。结果 A组的HPV16E6及HPV16E7蛋白阳性表达率高于B、C组(P<0.05)。HPV16E6及HPV16E7蛋白的表达和宫颈癌患者的年龄、组织学分级、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移无明显相关性(P>0.05);HPV16E6及HPV16E7蛋白的表达和宫颈癌组织类型、临床分期及脉管或者宫旁浸润相关(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,宫颈癌组织中HPV16E6和HPV16E7蛋白呈正相关(r=0.539,P<0.001)。结论 HPV16E6和HPV16E7蛋白在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达,且和病理特征有着良好相关性,其表达可能具有预测宫颈癌进展价值,可作为判断宫颈癌的可靠分子生物学指标。Objective To analyze expression and significance of human papilloma viruse 16 (HPV16) E6 and HPV16E7 proteins in patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 65 patients with cervical cancer admitted during January 2016 and October 2017 were selected as group A, and other 80 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) at the same period were selected as group B, and other normal cervix 35 patients with cervical myoma undergoing hysterectomy at the same period were selected as group C. Expressions of HPV16E6 and HPVI6E7 proteins in normal cervix, CIN and cervical cancer tissues were detected and analyzed, and then their relationships with clinicopathological features of cervical cancer and correlation of HPV16E6 and HPV16E7 protein expressions were analyzed. Results Posi- tive expression rates of HPV16E6 and HPV16E7 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C (P 0.05). Expressions of HPV16E6 and HPV16E7 proteins showed no obviously relations with of age, histological grade of ce^wical cancer, tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis (P 〉 0.05). Expressions of HPV16E6 and HPV16E7 proteins were related to tissue type of cervical cancer, clinical staging and peripheral infiltration in vessel or uterine (P 0.05 ). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between HPV16E6 and HPV16E7 proteins in cervical cancer tissues (r =0. 539, P 〈 0. 001). Conclusion HPV16E6 and HPV16E7 proteins are highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues, and they have good correlation with pathological features, and therefore their expressions may have value in prediction of progression of cervical cancer, and can be used as reliable molecular biology indexes in diag- nosis of cervical cancer.
