摘　　要：目的探讨P53在胃癌组织(T)和癌旁组织(N)中的表达及其与L-OHP+5-FU化疗药的相关性。方法收集包头市肿瘤医院2015年4月—2017年4月病理诊断明确的胃腺癌患者资料75例,且满足术后以L-OHP+5-FU为主的联合化疗至少6个周期,用RT-PCR方法检测P53在T和N中的表达水平。结果 (1)P53在T和N中的表达量分别是(2.66±0.68)和(2.84±0.83)(P=0.036,P<0.05);(2)T和N中P53的表达量与L-OHP+5-FU化疗药物敏感性有关,分别是(2.50±0.66),(3.03±0.86),差异有统计学意义(P=0.010,P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者P53的表达量与L-OHP+5-FU化疗药物敏感性有相关性,P53在T和N中的表达量可作为L-OHP+5-FU临床化疗选择方案的预测因子。Objective This paper tries to investigate the expression of P53 in gastric cancer tissues（T） and adjacent tissues（N） and its correlation with L-OHP＋5-FU chemotherapy drugs. Methods 75 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma patients with pathological diagnosis from April 2015 to April 2017 in the hospital were collected. At least 6 cycles of postoperative L-OHP＋5-FU combined chemothera-py were used. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of P53 in T and N. Results（1） The expression of P53 in T and N were（2.66±0.68） and（2.84±0.83）, respectively（P=0.036, P〈0.05）;（2）The expression of P53 in T and N and sensitivity of L-OHP＋5-FU chemotherapeutic agents was correlated, of（2.50 ±0.66）,（3.03 ±0.86） respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P =0.010, P 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of P53 in gastric cancer patients is correlated with the sensitivity of L-OHP ＋5-FU chemotherapy drugs. The expression of P53 in T and N can be used as a predictor of clinical chemotherapy options for L-OHP＋5-FU.
