摘  要:尽管古菌在土壤碳氮循环过程中发挥重要的作用,但古菌群落在三峡库区消落带土壤中的分布特征还研究较少。研究古菌群落对消落带环境的响应有助于理解古菌在消落带土壤碳氮循环过程中的作用机制。本研究采集不同高程土壤样品,采用Illumina高通量测序的方法,分析消落带土壤古菌群落多样性和结构沿高程的分布特征。结果表明,消落带古菌群落多样性和结构均表现出沿高程的梯度性变化。古菌群落多样性表现出随着高程的降低而增加的趋势。奇古菌门和广古菌门分别是较高高程和较低高程土壤中的优势古菌门。氨氧化古菌和产甲烷古菌的分布与淹水导致的氧环境有直接的关系,说明古菌群落在消落带土壤碳氮循环过程中的功能存在空间分异。Although archaea plays a key role in soil carbon and nitrogen cycling, the distribution characteristicsof archaea communities in the water-level-fluctuating zone (WLFZ) of the Three Gorges Reservoir is still lessstudied. The study on the response of archaea community to the changing environment of the WLFZ helps us tounderstand the mechanism of archaea in soil carbon and nitrogen cycling in the WLFZ. This study collected soilsamples at different sampling elevations to investigate the distribution characteristics of archaea community byway of Illumina high throughput sequencing. The results show that the diversity and structure of archaea commu-nity reveals a gradient variation along the elevation, and the diversity increases with the decrease of sampling el-evation. Thaumarchaeota and Euryarchaeota are predominant in higher and lower elevation, respectively. The distributions of ammonia-oxidizing archaea and methanogenic archaea are directly related to the oxygen environ.ment caused by water flooding, which may indicates that the function of archaeal community in soil carbon andnitrogen cycling of the WLFZ has spatial distinction.
