摘 要:目的:针对传统胎心监护设备的体积笨重、不易携带、操作复杂等缺点,设计并实现了一种基于无线蓝牙技术的便携式胎心、宫缩数据采集系统。方法:通过将低功耗蓝牙4.0(BLE4.0)芯片CC2540数据通信模块嵌入超声多普勒探头和宫缩压力传感器,将检测到的胎心信号和宫缩压力信号经模数转换、自相关算法等处理后通过无线蓝牙网络发射。结果:使用移动监护设备与无线蓝牙网络连接,实现了对胎心、宫缩数据的实时监护。结论:基于无线蓝牙技术的便携式胎儿监护系统具有体积小、功耗低、方便携带且容易操作等特点,对移动医疗在围产医学领域中的发展方向具有重要的意义。Objective: To design and realize a portable fetal heart data acquisition system based on wireless Bluetooth technique so as to resolve the disadvantages of traditional monitoring equipment of fetal heart: bulky, difficult to carry, complex operation and so on. Methods: The data communication module of low-power dissipation Bluetooth 4(BLE4.0) chip CC2540 was embedded in the ultrasonic Doppler probe and the pressure sensor for uterine contractile. And then the detected fetal heart signals and the pressure signals of uterine contractions were transmitted through wireless Bluetooth network after they were processed by analog-digital conversion(ADC), autocorrelation algorithm and so on. Results: The real-time monitoring for fetal heart data could be realized after mobile monitoring devices were connected with wireless Bluetooth networks. Conclusion: The design of portable fetal monitoring system based on wireless Bluetooth technique has some characteristics included small size, low power dissipation, easy to carry, easy to operate and so on. And it has great significance in the development direction of mobile medical technique in the domain of perinatal medicine.
