医院自助医疗系统在数字化门诊中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院自助服务系统在数字化门诊中的应用效果。方法:利用自助服务一体机和掌上手机应用程序(APP)整合到医院数字化门诊系统,实现门诊挂号、缴费以及检验报告查询和病志打印。结果:通过医院自助医疗服务系统的实现,缩短了患者就医等待时间,减少重复排队现象,节约医院人力成本,提高患者满意度,减少医患纠纷。结论:医院自助医疗系统的开发与应用,可优化门诊就医流程,提升医疗服务质量。Objective： To explore the application effect of self-service medical system of hospital in the digitization outpatient department. Methods： Using all-in-one machine of self-service and application（APP） of handheld mobile phone to achieve out-patient registration, payment, inquiring of examination report and printing of medical records. Results： Through the utilization of the self-service medicine and APP medical services, the waiting times of medical treatment was shortened, and the phenomenon of repetitive queuing was reduced, and the human cost was saved. Besides, it also enhanced the satisfaction of patients and decreased medical contradiction. Conclusion： The development and application of self-service medical system of hospital can optimize the treatment process of outpatient department and improve the quality of medical services.
