摘  要:设计合理的污水体系,选取适宜的藻种,根据C源种类、C源浓度、N浓度、P浓度和Fe3+浓度等影响油脂积累的因素,进行5因子4水平正交实验,比较油脂含量的变化,通过GC-MS技术对油脂的成分进行分析,探索微藻培养的最佳条件。结果表明:不同培养条件下的微藻脂肪酸均以C16和C18为主,C源种类和P浓度对微藻油脂含量有较显著的影响,其中有机C比无机C更利于微藻油脂的积累,同时适当增加C源浓度可提高饱和脂肪酸的比重。获得的最佳培养条件为蔗糖质量浓度20 g/L,K_2HPO_4质量浓度7.5 mg/L,柠檬酸铁质量浓度9 mg/L。The factors influencing the accumulation of fat and oil were studied, such as C source species, C concentration, N concentration, P concentration and Fe^3 + concentration. Five - factor four - level orthogonal experiments were carried out to compare the changes of lipid content and composition. The composition of lipid was analyzed by GC - MS and the optimum conditions of microalage culture were explored. The results show that the C sources species and P concentration have a significant effect on the content of microalgae lipid, organic C is more favorable for the ac- cumulation of microalgae lipid than inorganic C and the fatty acids are mainly C16 and C18 in different culture condi- tions. The optimum culture conditions are sucrose concentration 20 g/L, K2 HPO4 concentration 7.5 rag/L, iron citrate concentration 9 mg/L, and the appropriate increase in C source concentration can increase the proportion of saturated fatty acids.
