摘 要:介绍超高脱乙酰度壳聚糖的制备与表征的综合实验教学设计。该综合实验以虾壳为原料,经脱乙酰和降解等过程,制备超高脱乙酰度壳聚糖。用黏度法测定壳聚糖分子量,用核磁共振波谱法测定脱乙酰度,用傅里叶变换红外光谱法和元素分析法对壳聚糖进行了表征。该实验条件简单,壳聚糖分子量可控,涉及高分子材料的制备和结构表征、结果分析等多方面内容,有利于提高学生的综合运用知识和进行科研的能力。The design on the comprehensive experimental teaching of preparation and characterization of chitosan with the super-high degree of deacetylation is introduced.This experiment takes the shrimp shell as raw material,and the super-high degree of deacetylation of chitosan is prepared by the deacetylation and degradation.The molecular weight of chitosan is determined by the viscosity method,the degree of deacetylation is measured by the NMR spectroscopy,and the chitosan is characterized by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis method.The experimental conditions are simple,and the molecular weight of chitosan can be controlled.It involves many aspects such as the preparation,structural characterization,result analysis,etc.,of polymer materials,which is helpful for students to improve their comprehensive knowledge and scientific research ability.
