摘　　要：该文以煤矿采掘装备实验室建设为例,提出了实验室建设方向和目标,整合资源建成较为完善的设备设施,建立以模拟煤壁为核心综合实验测试平台,能够为高端煤机装备研发提供高可靠的技术支撑和测试保障,并实现校企双向培养煤机装备高端研发人才,满足国家、煤炭行业和煤机企业实施创新驱动发展的战略需要。Taking the construction of the coal mine excavating equipment laboratory as an example,this paper puts forward the direction and goal of the laboratory construction.The resources are integrated to build up the more perfect equipment and facility system,and a comprehensive experimental test platform with the simulated coal wall as the core is established,which can provide the high reliable technological support and test guarantee for the research and development of the high-level coal machine equipment,and achieve the university and enterprise two-way training of the coal and equipment high-level RD talents so as to meet the strategic needs of the state,coal industry and coal machinery enterprises in implementing the innovation driven development.
