摘　　要：高校化学实验室具有教学任务繁重、仪器设备多、实验用试剂药品数量种类繁多,实验过程中涉及危险化学反应多的特点,再加上流动人员数量多,是环境复杂、危险系数高的现场操作区。借鉴现代企业先进的管理理念,将5S管理模式应用于医学化学类实验室的日常管理中,对实验室进行优化治理,营造了安全、舒适、明净的工作环境,提升高校实验室管理水平。The chemical laboratories in colleges and universities have the characteristics of the heavy teaching task, a lot of instruments and equipment, the large number of experimental reagents and many dangerous chemical reactions in the experiments. In addition, with the large number of mobile personnel, the laboratory has become a field operation area with the complex environment and high-risk coefficient. By learning from the advanced management idea of the modern enterprises, the 5S management model is applied to the daily management of the medical chemistry laboratory, and the laboratory is optimized and managed to create a safe, comfortable and clear working environment for the improvement of the management level of the university laboratory.
