摘 要:公用房管理是高等学校国有资产管理的重要组成部分。通过对40余所高校的公用房有偿使用管理制度进行调研,详细了解公用房有偿使用管理制度的制定和实施流程,对公用房有偿使用管理制度的管理原则、分类、定额标准、收费方式、绩效考核等进行分析比对,总结相关高校的管理经验,为高校实施公用房有偿使用管理提供借鉴。Public housing management is an important part of the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities.Through the investigation of the management system of the paid use of public housing in more than 40 colleges and universities,the detailed understanding of the formulation and implementation process of the management system of paid use of public housing is obtained.The management principles,classification,quota standard,charging method,performance appraisal,etc.,of the management system of the paid use of public housing are analyzed and compared,and the management experience of the relevant colleges and universities are summarized,which provides the reference for the university implementation of the paid use management of public housing.
