摘　　要：[目的/意义]总体国家安全观的提出加快了国家安全情报学学科建设的步伐,该学科是国家安全学与情报学互动下的产物,尽管现阶段与国家安全情报直接相关的文献数量较为充足,但仍缺乏对该学科体系化建构的讨论。全方位探讨国家安全情报学学科建设论纲,既能为该学科的未来搭建提供参考,也能给情报学提供新的理论契机。[方法/过程]分析当前国家安全学学科建设背景,进而论证国家安全情报学学科建设的必要性,并在文献梳理的基础上,指明了该学科建构的理论基础,而后阐明其基本概念、研究对象、学科特点、学科体系、学科地位以及研究方法。[结果/结论]通过划块讨论,指明了国家安全情报学学科建设的重要理论区域,探析了其学科定位和归属,由此提出该学科基本体系。[Purpose/Significance]Holistic View of National Security has accelerated the pace of discipline construction of national security intelligence studies.This discipline is the product of the interaction between national security studies and intelligence studies.Although there is sufficient literature directly related to national security intelligence at this stage,there is still a lack of discussion on the systematic construction of this discipline.An all-round discussion of the construction outline of national security intelligence studies can not only provide a reference for the future construction of the subject,but also provide a new theoretical opportunity for intelligence studies.[Method/Process]This paper analyzes the current background of national security studies construction,and then demonstrates the necessity of national security intelligence studies construction.Based on literature review,it points out the theoretical basis of the discipline construction,and then clarifies its basic concepts,research objects,discipline characteristics,discipline system,discipline status and research methods.[Result/Conclusion]Through classification discussion,this paper points out the important theoretical area of national security intelligence studies construction,analyzes its discipline positioning and attribution,and thus puts forward the basic system of this discipline.
