护理实习生安宁缓和医疗认知和态度的调查分析与对策

摘　　要：目的了解护理实习生对安宁缓和医疗的认知和态度的现状,并提出相应的对策。方法采用缓和医疗态度量表对在深圳市具有安宁缓和医疗资质3家医院实习的380名护生进行调查。结果 380名实习护生中,有12.1%和18.2%的护生认为,护士有责任为死者家属提供照护和帮助病人面对死亡;18.9%的护生能够理解临终病人的心理痛苦,认为给予临终病人精神支持是重要的;88.7%护生认为照顾垂死病人令人沮丧;85.8%护生害怕处理终末期病人,同时认为照顾的病人去世后有负罪感。结论护理实习生对安宁缓和医疗认知和态度水平较低。加强护生安宁缓和医疗知识教育和死亡教育,对提高护生对安宁缓和医疗的认识度与接受度及形成正向死亡态度具有积极的意义。Objective To understand nursing interns＇ cognition and attitude of hospice palliative care and propose corresponding countermeasures. Method A palliative care attitude scale was used to investigate the attitude and cognition of 380 nursing students in 3 hospitals with licenses for hospice palliative care. Results Among the 380 trainee nursing students, 12.1% and 18.2% of the nursing students considered that nurses had the responsibility to provide care for the deceased＇s family and to help the patient to face death, 18.9% of the nursing students could understand the patient＇s psychological distress, nursing students recognized the importance of giving mental support to the patient. 88.7% of nursing students found it frustrating to look after dying patients. 85.8% of the nursing students were afraid to deal with end-stage patients and 85.8% of the nursing students felt guilty after the death of patients. Conclusions Nursing interns have a low level of cognition and attitude towards palliative care. It is of great significance to improve the understanding and acceptance of hospice palliative care and to form positive death by strengthening nursing students＇ hospice and palliative medical knowledge education and death education.
