摘　　要：目前,构建知识共享图书馆文化是促进图书馆发展的关键形式,更是提升图书馆综合服务水平及创新能力的有效形式。本文阐述了构建知识共享图书馆文化的意义,并提出建立知识共享型图书馆的有效途径。因此,图书馆应根据目前实际情况,重视知识共享图书馆文化的建设,以促进图书馆行业的稳定发展。At present,building a knowledge-sharing library culture is a key form to promote the development of libraries,and it is an effective form to improve the comprehensive service level and innovation ability of libraries. This paper expounds the significance of building a knowledge-sharing library culture and proposes an effective way to build a knowledge-sharing library. Therefore,the library should pay attention to the construction of the knowledge sharing library culture in accordance with the current actual situation,so as to promote the stable development of the library industry.
