摘　　要：目的分析nm23-H_1 mRNA在舌癌中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。方法以2014年2月-2016年1月病理确诊的舌癌患者70例为研究对象,将病理确诊的石蜡标本为观察组,取其癌旁正常组织(距离癌组织0.5~1 cm)为对照组,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)测定两组组织中nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平,并分析其与肿瘤侵袭、转移、预后等的关系。结果观察组nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄舌癌患者nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肿瘤分化程度中、低者nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平低于分化程度高者,临床分期T3~T4期nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平低于T1~T2期,淋巴结转移N+期nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平低于N0期,生存时间≤3年者nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平低于生存时间>3年者(P<0.05);相关性分析表明,舌癌患者nm23-H_1 mRNA表达水平与其临床分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(r=-0.389、-0.431,P<0.05),与其生存时间呈正相关(r=0.365,P<0.05)。结论nm23-H_1 mRNA在舌癌中低表达,且其表达水平与肿瘤侵袭、转移呈负相关,而与生存时间呈正相关,监测其表达水平对术后辅助治疗有重要意义。Objective To analyze the expression of nm23-H_1 mRNA in tongue cancer and its relationships with tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods Seventy cases of patients with tongue cancer diagnosed pathologically at Qinhuangdao Haigang Hospital from February 2014 to January 2016 were selected for the study. The paraffin specimens diagnosed pathologically were selected as the observation group,while normal adjacent tissues（ approximately 0.5 to 1 cm away from cancer tissues） were taken as the control group. The expression of nm23-H1 mRNA in the two groups was determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（ RT-PCR）,and its relationships with tumor invasion,metastasis and prognosis were analyzed. Results The expression level of nm23-H_1 mRNA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the expression level of nm23-H_1 mRNA between tongue cancer patients of different genders and ages（ P0.05）,and the expression level of nm23-H_1 mRNA in patients with mild or low differentiation was lower than that in patients with high differentiation,lowerin clinical T3-T4 stage than that in clinical T1-T2 stages,lower in N＋ stage of lymph node metastasis than that in N0,and lower in patients with a survival time less than 3 years than that in patients with a survival time above 3 years（ P0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that the expression level of nm23-H_1 mRNA in patients with tongue cancer was negatively correlated with its clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（ r =-0.389,-0.431,P0.05）,but was positively correlated with the survival time（ r = 0.365,P0.05）. Conclusion nm23-H_1 mRNA is lowly expressed in tongue cancer,and its expression level is negatively correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis,but is positively correlated with survival time. Monitoring its expression levels is important for a postoperative adjuvant therapy.
