摘　　要：文化是旅游的灵魂,旅游是文化的重要载体。2018年,国家文化和旅游部的成立,为二者的融合开辟了广阔的前景。新平县以"花腰傣"为品牌的民族文化旅游已经开展了近20年,其服饰、民居和传统节日成为其民族文化旅游的亮丽名片。在文化和旅游融合背景下,要坚持以学术研讨活动提升人们对"花腰傣"原生文化的认知度,持续推出民俗文化旅游活动打造民俗文化旅游品牌,以原生民族文化内容增加民俗文化旅游内涵,以全方位的宣传营销活动推动民俗文化旅游发展。Culture is the soul of tourism and tourism is an important vehicle of culture. As the MinistlT of Culture and Tourism was established in 2018, a bright future is open for the integration of culture and tourism. The ethnic cultural tourism branded as ＂Huayao Dai＂ has been active for nearly 20 years in Xin-ping County while the costume, vernacular architecture and traditional festivals have become a shining busi- ness card of its ethnic cultural tourism. In the background of the integration of culture and tourism, it is nec- essary to use academic activities so as to improve people＇s understanding about the original ＂Huayao Dai＂ culture, to continuously develop ethnic cultural programs so as to build ethnic cultural brand, to enhance the ethnic cultural tourism connotation with original ethnic cultural content, and to promote ethnic cultural tourism development with all -around marketing activities.
