摘  要:为了解柞蚕雄蛾营养液保肝降酶的功能,采用谷丙转氨酶活性检测与病理组织学切片观察的方法,研究柞蚕雄蛾营养液对四氯化碳中毒小鼠肝损伤的作用。结果表明:柞蚕雄蛾营养液大剂量组与小剂量组均可明显降低四氯化碳中毒小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平,治疗效果达显著水平(P<0.05),与乙肝宁具有相同作用。通过肝组织切片观察,柞蚕雄蛾营养液小剂量组可见部分肝细胞点状坏死,有轻度肝损伤,而柞蚕雄蛾营养液大剂量组小鼠肝组织结构正常,肝细胞排列规则,未见炎症。表明柞蚕雄蛾营养液能减少肝细胞变性、坏死的程度和范围,对受损伤的肝组织具有明显保护作用,且大剂量效果更佳。To understand the liver-protecting function of tussah male moth nutrient solution,the alanine transaminase(ALT) activity assay and histopathological observation were used to study the effect of tussah male moth nutrient solution on liver injury of mice induced by carbon tetrachloride poisoning.The results showed that the tussah male moth nutrition in high dose group and low dose group both could decrease ALT level in serum of poisoning mice.The therapeutic effect was significant compared with the carbon tetrachloride model group(P〈0.05).And its effect was the same as that of positive drug Yiganning.The histopathologic examination showed that there were partial necrosis of liver cells and mild liver injury in low dose group.While the liver tissue structure was normal in high dose group.The liver cells arranged regularly,and no inflammation occurred.Therefore,it indicated that the nutrient solution of tussah moth could reduce the extent of liver cell degeneration and necrosis,and had a significant protective effect on the injured liver,and high doses were better.
