摘　　要：马铃薯种薯质量检测认证是控制马铃薯种薯质量最有效的手段,英国的马铃薯种薯检测认证已开展100多年,现将中国与英国的马铃薯全程的检测认证程序,包括产前、产中和产后的全部检测程序进行比较,以便进一步了解国际情况,找出不足,完善中国的检测认证体系,提高中国的马铃薯生产水平。The inspection and certification of seed potatoes is the most effective way to control the quality of seed potatoes, which began in UK for over 100 years. Here, the process of inspection and certification of seed potatoes was compared between China and UK, including all the processes of pre-production, mid-production and post-production, in order to further know the international situations of the inspection and certification of seed potatoes, find out the deficiencies, improve certified system, and finally boost the development of potato industry in China.
