中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的疗效。方法根据随机数字表法进行2015年3月~2018年2月90例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者分成不同组。对照组给予奥美拉唑、磷酸铝凝胶治疗,观察组则给予奥美拉唑、磷酸铝凝胶联合中药汤剂治疗。比较两组消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血治疗效果;粪便隐血试验转阴的时间、心率稳定在正常水平时间;治疗前后患者生活质量评分;治疗副作用率。结果观察组消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组粪便隐血试验转阴的时间、心率稳定在正常水平时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗副作用率和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑、磷酸铝凝胶联合中药汤剂治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的应用效果确切,可有效促进止血和维持生命体征稳定,改善生活质量,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods According to the random number table method, 90 patients with peptic ulcer associated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage from March 2015 to February 2018 were divided into different groups.The control group received omeprazole and aluminum phosphate gels, while the observation group received omeprazole and aluminum phosphate gel combined with Chinese herbal decoction. The treatment effects of peptic ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, the time of fecal occult blood test was negative and the heart rate was stable at the normal level, the quality of life scores of patients before and after treatment, the side effect rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of peptic ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was higher in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The time of the fecal occult blood test was negative, and the heart rate was stable at the normal time in the observation group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The quality of life scores of the two groups were similar before treatment（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the quality of life scores of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the side effect rate between the observation group and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole, aluminum phosphate gel combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer associated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. It can effectively promote hemostasis and maintain stability of vital signs, improve quality of life, high safety, and is worthy of popularization and application..
