摘  要:为探讨不同作物根系分泌物对芸豆代谢过程的影响,采用玉米、小麦、大豆、芸豆的培养液,以1/2Hoagland营养液为对照,分别浇灌蛭石培养的芸豆植株,在芸豆始花期取第5片复叶,测定碳、氮代谢和抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:与对照比较,各处理的芸豆叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性均不同程度降低,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化氢(H_2O_2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,芸豆处理尤为显著。各处理叶片的蔗糖合成酶(SS)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性显著提高,导致还原糖(RS)含量和总可溶性糖(TSS)含量显著增加,增加幅度均超过50%;但硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰氨合成酶(GS)活性,及蛋白质含量增加不显著。综合分析,芸豆植株通过增强碳氮代谢,改善了细胞渗透调节和防卫应激能力以缓解H_2O_2胁迫,在研究的4种作物处理中,玉米作为芸豆前作较好。To explicit the effects of root exudates on physiological and metabolic processes of kidney bean, culture solutions of maize, wheat, soybean and kidney were conducted as irrigation with Hoagland nutrient solution as control fertilization. Kidney bean seedlings were cultured in plastic case filled with vermiculite. At early flowering stage of kidney bean, the five compound leaves were picked and determined series of indexes characterized carbon-nitrogen metabolism and antioxidant enzyme activity for adaptability evaluation of rotation. Results indicated that activity of the enzymes were reduced including superoxide dismutase (~$OD~), peroxidase (POD), phenylalnine ammonialyase (~PAL), meanwhile, some compositions content were increased including hydrogen peroxide (~H202~) and malondialdehyde (~MDA). Treatments of four crops significantly enhanced the activity of sucrose synthetase (~$$~) and sucrose phosphate synthase (~$P$~) which caused high content of reducing sugar and total soluble sugars with range of more than 50 %, however nitrate reductase (~NR) and glutamine synthetase (GS) were not significantly influenced. Thereby, protein synthesis was not increased markedly. Compared comprehensively, those plants injured by root exudates treatments had gained the ability to regulate cell permeability and capability of resisting stress for resisting H2O2 stress. Maize was better than wheat and soybean as previous crops for kidney bean.
