摘　　要：资源体系是企业大学建设运行的基础和关键所在,在企业大学设计中是一项独立的设计内容,需要进行系统性设计,并在企业大学运行管理中不断建设和完善。以战略定位为核心的企业大学设计方法论,将资源体系放在对业务功能支撑的地位上,强调资源体系设计以实现企业大学业务功能为目标,即基于业务功能的资源体系设计。文章在此思想指导下,开发企业大学资源体系设计的方法,包括资源体系设计的内容和程序,资源体系设计背景、资源描述、资源体系系统化分析和资源体系设计策略等。Resource system is the foundation and key of the construction and operation of enterprise university.It is an independent design content in the design of enterprise university,which needs system atic design and is constantly built and perfected in the operation m anagem ent of enterprise university.Taking the strategic positioning as the core of the enterprise university design methodology, we put the resource system on the s＊atus ofsupporOng business functions,and emphasize the resource system design to achieve the goalofenterprise business ihnction, thatis, the resoume system design based on business functions.W nder the guidance of this idea, this paper developed the design m ethod of university resource system, including the contents and procedures ofresoume system design, the background of resource system design, resoume description, systematic analysis ofresoume system and design strategy of resource Wstem.
