摘  要:文章通过对热风粘合絮片生产工艺及设备的调整与改造,开发出新型多组分保暖絮片,改善了产品性能,提高了产品附加值。生产实践中,纤维混配前要进行预处理,新产品分面层与里层两部分,面层热熔纤维含量较多,里层保暖性纤维较多。新产品强力略低于旧产品,但保暖性远好于旧产品。This paper adjusted and modified the production process and equipment of air-thermal bonded wadding to develop a new type of multi-component warmth retention wadding.The product improved the performance and the added value.In the production practice,the fiber mixing was pretreated.The new product was divided into two parts:the surface layer and the inner layer.There were more ES fiber in the surface layer and were thermal retention fiber in the inner layer.The strength of the new product was little less than the old one,but its heat retention property was far better.
