摘 要:考虑轴承磨损,基于有限差分法分析水膜厚度、压力分布、承载力、偏位角的变化情况。结果表明:磨损区域的水膜厚度增加,磨损使最大水膜压力大幅降低,水膜最大压力位置和破裂位置均延后,磨损情况下其承载力小于未磨损下的承载力,且轴颈运动路径发生变化,轴系的工作特性改变。Considering the wear of bearings,the variation of water film thickness,pressure distribution,load capacity and attitude angle is analyzed based on finite difference method. The results show that the thickness of water film increases in wear area,the maximum water film pressure is decreased greatly. The maximum pressure position and rupture position of water film are delayed. The load capacity under wear condition is less than that under unworn condition.The working characteristics of shafting is changed with variable motion path of journal.
