摘 要:目的观察云南春燥环境下小鼠一般体征以及气管、肺组织形态的变化,探求云南春燥环境对机体津液盛缺的影响。方法将80只SPF级昆明种小鼠随机分为正常对照组、食物组、气候组、气候食物组,每天观测记录各组小鼠的一般生物体征,并分别于第7、14 d行气管、肺组织病理观察。结果与正常对照组相比,食物组、气候组、气候食物组小鼠体重、小便量均呈不同程度减少,饮水量增加,气候组与气候食物组小鼠被毛稀疏少泽、情绪趋于烦躁。各组小鼠第7、14 d气管、肺组织均出现不同程度的病理变化。结论云南春燥环境下小鼠出现了干燥体征;小鼠气管、肺组织发生了不同程度的异常改变。本实验初步探讨了"燥胜则干""燥邪伤人,首先犯肺"的内在机理,初步为云南春燥动物模型研制提供了部分客观指标。Objective: To observe changes of general signs,morphological changes of trachea and lung under the conditions of spring-like Yunnan dry environment,and to explore the environmental effects on body fluids. Methods: 80 specific-pathogen-free( SPF) Kunming mice were randomly divided into a normal control group,food group,climate group,and food under climate group. The general biological signs of all mice were observed and recorded every day. The pathological status of trachea and lung were accessed 7 and 14 days of treatment. Results: The body weight and urine volume decreased and the water intake volume increased in the food group,the climate group,and the food under climate group in comparison to the normal control group. The mice in the climate group and the food under climate group had sparse and coarse hairs,and tended to be irritable with pathological changes in trachea and lung 7 and 14 days post-treatment. Conclusion: The dryness symptoms occurs in mice under the spring-like Yunnan dry environment. The abnormal changes of trachea and lung tissues in mice occurred in different levels. The study preliminarily discusses the mechanism of "domination of dryness causing dry"and "dryness as detrimental to body and lungs as the first victim"and establish some objective parameters for the spring-like Yunnan dry animal model.
