摘  要:以‘K326’为材料,探讨新中温中湿烘烤工艺下上部烟叶不同采收方式对产质量的影响。结果表明:上部叶分两次采烤,其上等烟比例、均价及产值比一次采烤分别显著提高6.98%、9.13%和16.57%,烟叶平均经济效果指数(ECI)显著增加5.3;上部烟叶外观质量、物理特性指标、内在化学成分的协调性显著改善,化学成分可用性指数(CCUI)显著增加2.2;感官质量有所改善;类胡萝卜素香气物总量和中性致香物总量分别提高1.80、80.4μg/g。Using K326 as experimental material,this paper investigated the effect of different harvesting type on the tobacco quality under the new moderate temperature/moderate humidity curing technology. The results show that: the ratio of high grade leaves,average price and output value were significant increased by 6. 98%,9. 13% and 16. 57% respectively when the upper 6 flue-cured tobacco leaves harvested twice,economic character index( ECI) increased significantly 5. 3,and the appearance quality,physical characteristics and internal chemical composition of upper leaves were significantly improved,chemical components usability index( CCUI) increased 2. 2; the quality of the senses was improved; the total amount of carotenoid aroma and the total amount of neutral aroma compounds increased by 1. 80 and 80. 4 μg/g respectively.
