摘　　要：二磷酸盐(又称双磷酸盐)是一组用于治疗骨质疏松及肿瘤等疾病的药物,临床中可见采用二磷酸盐治疗的患者出现颌骨骨坏死的并发症。二磷酸盐引发颌骨骨坏死的临床表现及发生率的报道较多,然而关于其发病原因及机制的研究较少,本文对此作一综述。Bisphosphonate is a group of drugs commonly used for the treatment of osteoporosis and tumors. The complication of bisphosphonate is osteonecrosis of the jaw. The clinical manifestation and incidence of bisphosphonate are fully reported at present. However, the pathogenesis and mechanism are still remaining insufficient.
