摘 要:目的 培训-家庭康复训练模式对孤独症患儿早期康复治疗效果的影响观察.方法 选择本院2014年3月至2017年3月收治孤独症患儿120例,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组采用常规培训模式,观察组采用培训-家庭康复训练模式,均治疗12个月.采用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评估患儿治疗前后孤独症严重程度,采用儿童孤独症心理教育量表中文版(C-PEP)评估患儿治疗前后心理障碍程度.结果 与对照组比较,观察组CARS各亚项及其总分减少更多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组C-PEP各亚项及其总分上升更多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 培训-家庭康复训练模式对孤独症患儿早期康复治疗效果良好.Objective To observe the effects of training-family rehabilitation training mode on early rehabilitation treatment for children with autism.Methods 120 children with autism treated at our hospital from March,2014 to March,2017 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group was given conventional training mode,and the observation group training-family rehabilitation training mode.Both groups were treated for 12 months.Children Autism Rating Scale (CARS) was used to assess the severity of autism before and after the treatment.Chinese version of psycho-educational profile (C-PEP) was used to assess the degree of psychological disorders before and after the treatment.Results The scores of the sub-items of CARS and the total score decreased more and the scores of the sub-items of C-PEP and the total score increased more in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Training-family rehabilitation training mode has good treatment effects of early rehabilitation for children with autism.
